The drum wick for tight-head drums is a low cost method for keeping water off of 55 gallon steel drums stored outside. Special non-woven felt is permanently bonded to a durable galvanized steel backing strip. Absorbs 80 ounces of water per hour. Strip clips on to drum; won't blow off in wind. Sold in cases of 100 only.
