EXPO Electric Pail Heater - For Plastic Pails

This electric pail heater is designed for light heating, such as increasing the flow of honey. It can also be used to melt honey after it crystallizes in your pail or used to accelerate the flow of other viscous materials, such as white grease.

Expo™ Electric Pail Heater is designed to fit tapered or straight sided 5 gallon HDPE plastic pails, 9 1/2 inch to 12 inch in diameter. The heater clamp adjusts to fit near the base, in the middle or at the top of a tapered pail.

This electric pail is made of heavy duty aluminized steel, it has a 3 1/4 inch wide band for better heat dissipation.

Equipped with a hose clamp style screw mechanism for installing heater to pail. Screw driver is required. Supplied with 6 foot cord and three-prong plug. 120V AC, 100W. A stainless steel junction box covers the electrical connection of power cord and the heater. The temperature of the band while in contact with a covered pail full of water is 165°F.

Not for use with flammable materials or near a flammable area. For indoor use only.

Note: Use only with high density plastic pail to insure pail will not melt.
