DigiHeat Base Heater is designed to heat steel, stainless steel, plastic, or cardboard containers. The base heater enables fast melting of solids, heating of liquids, allows mixing, and dispensing all while heating. The container sits directly on the base heater and can reach a max. temperature of 145°F.

The DigiHeat Base Heater utilizes a resistive heating element and can be used independently or in conjunction with the Thermosafe® induction drum heater (SKU THERM55) or with heating jacket (SKU 55-HJ) in NON-HAZARDOUS SAFE AREAS.

The heater has a built in digital thermostat. It runs on single phase 240V,  50/60Hz AC power (direct wire).
