- Prices shown DO NOT include freight charges. The freight charges will be added to your bill.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or The American Express Card credit cards. (Note: Your card may be run twice, first for the amount of the product, then later for the amount of freight charges.)
- Orders can be placed by phone, or sent by mail, fax, or email (however, credit card information is not secure).
- We do NOT do COD orders. Several people have ordered and not taken delivery, putting us out the freight charges and the cost to package and ship the product -- and it is just not worth it.
- Printable ORDER FORM provided for your convenience.
- Delivery is normally by UPS (United Parcel Service). For UPS shipments please provide a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Larger orders will be shipped by truck.
We do NOT ship these products by USPS (Post Office) -- sorry.
The UPS Internet web page has a QuickCost Calculator to use to estimate freight charges. This can be especially useful when you need a Next Day (UPS Red) or 2-Day (UPS Blue) shipment. For pertinent information, details and UPS link, click here.
If you want us to use your UPS or Federal Express account for shipments, please provide us with your shipper's account number and no freight charges will be added.
- Oklahoma residents please include the 5.25% state sales tax or provide a state sales tax exemption number.
- We are currently NOT accepting International orders for these industrial products.
Warranty: we honor the manufacturer's warranty policy. If you have a question about the warranty or guarantee on a particular manufacturer or product, please contact B&A.
Return Policy: ALL SALES are CONSIDERED FINAL, we do NOT sell on a trial basis without an advanced agreement. Unauthorized returns are NOT accepted. If you have a defective item, or feel you need to return an item, please contact us by phone, fax, email or mail to obtain a return material authorization number (RMA#) and proper return address information (it does NOT go to our Oklahoma address) prior to returning it.
Privacy Policy: we DO NOT sell our mailing list. We request your phone number on orders to insure that the product will reach you and this number may appear on the UPS shipping label (only). All phone numbers are kept CONFIDENTIAL. We DO NOT make telemarketing calls to try to sell you anything.
