Easy-to-seal, easy-to-open closure has two tamper-evident devices: an outer seal and a pullout diaphragm in the spout under a re-sealable 38mm screw cap. Self-venting style permits smooth liquid flow during draining, prevents "chugging". Crimping Tool installs spouts in one easy operation. Works on all steel and plastic pails with FLEXSPOUT opening.
