Ways to Heat Your Containers and Keep them Warm

Heating jackets and heating blankets have flexible heating elements woven into insulating material. Hot boxes are an efficient way to warm one or more drums. Insulating blankets/quilts are not heaters but they keep containers warm. First, know what's to be heated.

Constructed with custom elastomer and silicone coated glass cloth materials and high density fiberglass insulation. The heating medium uses a patented technology of carbon rich semi-conducting positive temperature coefficient membranes.

Safe operating conditions are maintained even in the presence of potentially explosive gases. Maximum temperatures up to 130º F (55º C) can be achieved when used with Optional Insulated Lid (SKU IBC1-2LID) and standard 240V. No transformers are required.

If using for freeze protection applications, a maximum temperature of 86º F (30º C) can be achieved when used with Optional Insulated Lid (SKU IBC1-2LID) and standard 110V. Power cord supplied open ended to facilitate plant wiring.

Important: InteliHeat IBC1HAZ is certified for use with the Insulated Lid (IBC1-2LID) only. It cannot be completely covered by any other cover, as this would alter its temperature certifications.
