Converts your forklift into an all-purpose drum handler. Mounts quickly and easily on forks without tools. No modifications or connections to truck are needed. High strength saddle, alloy cinching chain and tightener with patented dual safety lock.10’ pull-chain allows control from the operator’s seat, rotates drum to any desired angle. 30:1 units have a gear drive, 60:1 units are equipped with a heavy-duty gear drive, 150:1 unit incorporates a 2-stage worm gearbox. Fork openings are 24-1/2" apart, accept forks up to 2-1/2" x 6-1/2". Battery Powered Karrier ™ allows precise power dumping up to 180°, forward or reverse. Completely self-contained unit has 12 volt DC hydraulic power pack and two-button control pendant with cord. Supplied with 12 volt deep-cycle battery and 110 volt AC charger.

MORSE Forklift Karrier for steel drums slides quickly and easily onto forks without tools - no modifications or connections to the lift truck are required. Fork opening are 25 inches apart, accepts forks up to 2 1/2 inch x 6 1/2 inch. The extra heavy duty model provides 2000 lb. capacity or a 1000 lb half drum capacity. A half full drum will be unbalanced and bottom heavy so when you tilt it, the load shifts differently than if it were a full drum. 

This extra heavy duty unit has an enclosed worm gear speed reducer for drum tilt control with 150:1 ratio. It has two web straps to secure the drum in the holder.

The 20 foot pull chain has 10 feet drop of chain that allows the operator to turn the drum from the driver seat of the fork truck.

Options Available include: Drum Diameter Adapters (Product code 55/30-19GR) for handling smaller drums. Bracket (Product code 4556-P) or Rim Clamp (Product code 4560-P) for handling plastic or fiber drums and MORStop Tilt-Brake that automatically stops and holds the tilt angle of the drum.
