This black 5 gallon steel pail has a 28 gauge steel bottom and 26 gauge steel body with rust inhibitor interior and includes a metal bail handle with a plastic grip. The cover is plain made of 24 gauge steel with lug closure and rust inhibitor lining. The steel pail and cover is UN-Rated 1A2/Y1. 5/70 to meet 49 CFR requirements for certain hazardous materials.
